Common Questions

What is the turnaround time for a complete website redesign or new website?

As you probably know, there are no two websites alike. We work with both standard templates and create a custom design concept for each page before development.


Estimated turnaround time for complete redesigns depending on the project can vary. Here is the estimate time example:


1-3 business days for the design concept per page

1-3 business days for the development per page.


That means if you want to build a website with 10 pages, we would need around 10-30 business days to finalize the design concept for all pages and 10-30 business days for the development of all these pages.


However, once we are working on your project, things start to move faster, of course. But every project is different, so keep in mind that we won’t guarantee any turnaround time! But once your dedicated project manager gives you the full and final timeline, We aim to finish it within that but always give ourselves a buffer of 2 weeks to ensure we are not late on delivery.


In the past, we created websites in 1 week and also in 6 months. It depends on a lot of factors like:


How many pages do you need?

How complex is your site?

Do you use stock photography or custom graphics?

How much of the content of the website is ready?

Are specific features required?

Do we need to custom code certain sections?

Do you know what you want or want us to experiment with different designs?

How fast are you with your feedback?

What is a task?

A task is a single piece of work that you want to delegate. So a complete website redesign is NOT a task but a project.

A task would be then, for example, ‘creating a new homepage design concept’ or developing one page. Here is a list of common tasks you can delegate to us.

Do you work with other E-commerce Platforms?

We only work to support customers with existing websites on Shopify and customer with existing e-commerce stores looking to build on the Shopify platform and moving from other e-commerce platforms like WordPress, Square Space and others.

How many tasks can be completed within one month?

That depends on the kind of tasks you request and how fast and detailed you are with your feedback. Customers who get the most of our service have a clear project plan and give detailed instructions to avoid revisions.

Do you create the content as well?

No, we don’t create website content. However, we can advise you on what content you should create per page to improve the user experience and conversions. We can also give you content feedback. We usually recommend hiring a copywriter who is also an expert in your industry.

Do you host my websites?

No, you will require your own Shopify account and plan. We can assist with account creation and setup. We also help maintain your Shopify Website and fix any and all issues with it, but we don’t use our own accounts or hosting.

Do I get my dedicated designer, developer or marketer?

Not necessarily. You will have your dedicated Project Manager who stays in touch with you and makes sure that an industry qualified team member gets the job done for you. Every designer, developer & marketer has their specialty, and that’s why we delegate your tasks to the best-suited team member.

Do you work 24/7 for me?

No, well almost!

Our 2 teams only work on business days (Mon-Fri) and they cover 16 hour/day. Our team is spread across 3 continents with offices in North America, Europe & Asia, so you need to consider the time difference accordingly.

Why are you so much faster and less expensive than my old agency or agencies?

It’s actually very simple, we do one thing, and we do it well.

After you complete your purchase process, you will receive an onboarding email that will ask you for your general business information, your first task, and scheduling your onboarding call.


After we received your submission, we will set up your account in our project management tool and prepare your task for the next shift. Even before your onboarding call.


Once your dashboard is set up, we will create a unique form link for your task requests, so they land immediately in your dashboard for your project manager to pick up.

How do I request a task?

You will receive a custom task request page that you can bookmark. Once you fill out the form, your task will appear in your task dashboard and is ready to be picked up by our team.

How do I approve the work and communicate with your team?

We manage all your tasks on one task board within our project management tool. Here we will update you about completed tasks and progress updates. In addition, your project manager will communicate with you daily about your open tasks and reach out to you if something is still unclear.

Can we communicate via dashboard?

YES! Once you login your dashboard, you can communicate directly with your dedicated project manager and the team in the dashboard.

Can I use the service with my agency clients?

Yes, you can use our team to build your client websites without them knowing about it.


However, we will not cover the cost for any premium plugins that we use on their sites, and we will also never communicate with your clients under your brand name.

Do you have a white-label or Agency program?
